Money Matters with Ken Moraif is looking for an experienced Business Analytics Manager. We are looking for an organized and collaborative Manager to join our team who can build and own a technology roadmap for data management and analytics, balance competing priorities, bring about consensus across multiple groups, and deliver new tools and systems that will help our clients accomplish their organizational goals. This position will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their BI and analytics goals including having one view of customer data and provide tools for data-driven decision making. The Business Analytics Manager will be instrumental in helping to build out our internal business analytics team of analyst, architects and data scientist. The individual will be a thought leader in critical aspects of information technology and must have the ability to influence senior leadership. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful individual will be a key contributor across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Owns the data management and analytics roadmap and provides prioritization feedback to our technology team.
  • Understand and evaluate business requirements and translate into specific BI solutions Analyze complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies
  • Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting information from various source applications
  • Lead development and growth of analytics team
  • Improve reporting efficiency and standardization
  • Build and manage data sets for reporting integration, dashboards, data visualization, data mining, and predictive analytics
  • Constantly monitor data science trends, emerging tools and technologies to continually improving frameworks, processes and best practices for predictive models
  • Act as subject matter expert in the implementation of new approaches, identifying the optimal blend of measurement and analytic techniques
  • Present data and analysis clearly and articulately to all levels of the organization
Requirements:
  • Strong interest and intellectual curiosity about data, databases and analytical modeling
  • Strong business acumen, and superior written, verbal and presentation skills
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information
  • Technology or equivalent/related degree
  • 5+ Years of experience in any one of the BI tools like Microstrategy, Tableau etc.
  • Experience with CRM system like Salesforce desired
  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques desired
  • Experience with statistical software desired
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, excellent leadership abilities and management skills with a proven track record of strategic planning, functional transformation, innovation, change management, and budget and resource management
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale, complex technology products and services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly

The Client Service Associate will be the point of contact for all client service related needs. Will provide service on all accounts, from opening new accounts to handling active client requests and questions. Will be relied on heavily for both professional and personal support in a fast-paced environment. This is a client service position. It requires a dedicated person, willing to work hard, and where quality is not compromised. Will also serve as backup for other office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar and database for Financial Advisor
  • Analyzing reports to determine appropriate action to be taken on behalf of client accounts
  • Researching client issues
  • Prepare for appointments
  • Collect, organize, and synthesize personal and financial client information
  • Opening, closing, transferring, and maintaining accounts
  • Prepare and verify information for client forms, applications, and other documents
  • Update and maintain client database
  • General office duties, i.e. answer phone, USPS, UPS

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Finance or Financial Planning background preferred
  • Ability to interact successfully with high income clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including in-depth internet knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
  • Must have an understanding of appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions
  • Confidentiality is a MUST
  • Comfortable working with executive level officers

  • Series 65 a plus, but not required

This individual will report directly to the Client Relations and Events Specialist.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting events in a business environment.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide event support to the Client Relations and Events Specialist with the following duties:
  • Work with venues and vendors to plan events and expos.
  • Work closely with Marketing team on event branding, PR and communications plans
  • Plan events from inception to execution within budget.
  • Provide administrative functions as required.

The Accounting Manager supports the Controller with a wide variety of functions which include transactional processing, financial analysis, annual budget development and monitoring, cost allocation, program and annual audit support and the implementation of financial and compliance controls. The Accounting Manager serves as a key resource for the organization and provides daily financial oversight to ensure that the financial records are complete, accurate and comply with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and regulations, to facilitate solid decision support.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures and controls in accordance with sound accounting principles, applicable regulations and laws as well as best practice.
  • Organizational and program budget preparation and monitoring
  • Periodic reviews of accounting and financial controls and processes for the entire organization.
  • Assist in managing the AP process.
  • The coordination of the monthly and year end close.
  • Monthly analysis of financial performance.
  • Prepares supporting schedules for specific general ledger accounts. Analyzes and reconciles specified balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Performs financial analysis as appropriate to support risk assessment and inform decision making.
  • Manages all aspects of accounts receivable, cash receipts and banking, including the review of supporting documentation.
  • Processes and posts journal entries for routine transactions and ensures accuracy of the General Ledger

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for accounts payable processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to all vendors. This process involves coding and keying invoices into the accounting system, the timely  preparation of checks and ACH payments for delivery to vendors, resolving questions and disputes with vendors, and communicating effectively with other employees.
 
Responsibilities:
  • A/P invoices for accuracy, apply appropriate G/L code, and input A/P invoices into the accounting system
  • Prepare and manage payment process for checks and ACH payments
  • Maintain relationships with vendors: respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to all vendor requests for payment  information
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff regarding status of requested payments Reconcile credit card  statements
  • Maintain accurate and complete A/P files Issue  yearly 1099’s
  • Audit/approve Expense Reports Monthly  Accrual  Journal  Entries Monthly  AP Accruals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years performing the complete accounts payable function from inputting to payment

The Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation position is new and has been created to support the growing needs of the Marketing Department. This individual will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing professional who is experienced in demand generation and can implement and enhance demand generating activities as well as provide ideas and strategies to drive additional inbound and qualified leads. This is both a strategic and hands-on position.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create campaign structures and tactics that result in high-quality, qualified sales leads via inbound marketing.
  • Create a digital marketing, direct response and lead gen experience including tracking and analysis of digital media metrics/KPIs.
  • Ability to find new data sources to better target prospects.
  • Identify and deliver initiatives to improve conversion.
  • Responsible for the execution of highly measurable, digital display, email/CRM, paid search, paid affiliate and paid social.
  • Build a continuous test and learn environment across the key driver channels.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across all marketing channels (advertising, email, PPC, social, display, nurturing, retargeting).
  • Brainstorm and implement creative, innovative, and maybe even “crazy” demand gen ideas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new advertising and demand generation opportunities.
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable vendors supporting demand generation activities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of B2C lead generation experience preferably with a financial firm.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding lead generation goals. Preference given to demonstrated success in online demand generation and inbound marketing in a high-growth, entrepreneurial company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, creative thinking, analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive, ability to work both independently and in teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation (preferably Marketing Cloud).
  • Knowledge of and experience working with SEO, SEM, and PPC are required.
  • Experience with Tableau and other analytics software tools highly desired.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
