Money Matters with Ken Moraif is a national financial advisory firm headquartered in Plano, TX. The firm serves over 8,600 families nationwide and has $4.6 billion assets under management (AUM). The Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation position is new and has been created to support the growing needs of the Marketing Department. This individual will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing professional who is experienced in demand generation and can implement and enhance demand generating activities as well as provide ideas and strategies to drive additional inbound and qualified leads. This is both a strategic and hands-on position.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create campaign structures and tactics that result in high-quality, qualified sales leads via inbound marketing.
  • Create a digital marketing, direct response and lead gen experience including tracking and analysis of digital media metrics/KPIs.
  • Ability to find new data sources to better target prospects.
  • Identify and deliver initiatives to improve conversion.
  • Responsible for the execution of highly measurable, digital display, email/CRM, paid search, paid affiliate and paid social.
  • Build a continuous test and learn environment across the key driver channels.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across all marketing channels (advertising, email, PPC, social, display, nurturing, retargeting).
  • Brainstorm and implement creative, innovative, and maybe even “crazy” demand gen ideas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of demand generation trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new advertising and demand generation opportunities.
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable vendors supporting demand generation activities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of B2C lead generation experience preferably with a financial firm.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding lead generation goals. Preference given to demonstrated success in online demand generation and inbound marketing in a high-growth, entrepreneurial company.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, creative thinking, analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive, ability to work both independently and in teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing automation (preferably Marketing Cloud).
  • Knowledge of and experience working with SEO, SEM, and PPC are required.
  • Experience with Tableau and other analytics software tools highly desired.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Location: Austin, TX

The Director of First Impressions welcomes and directs visitors while maintaining a professional and orderly office atmosphere; ensures clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality; as well as, acts in a supporting role for many business functions.

Duties Include:

  • Greeting guests and ensuring that they are taken care of while waiting for their appointment
  • Announce scheduled appointments to appropriate advisor offices
  • Answer phones and route appropriately or take messages as required
  • Maintain the lobby and its appearance
  • Handle ordering office supplies for Lobby and Operations Department
  • Sign up potential clients and radio show listeners to our E-News Market Alerts
  • Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail/USPS/UPS/FedEx/etc.
  • Assisting with special events monthly, including pre and post administrative work such as creating nametags, scanning pink sheets and/or surveys and emailing to appropriate office(s)
  • Coordinate and setup all holiday(s) decor
  • Hosting/work seminars – As well work Client Education Events (CEE)/Client Appreciation Dinners (CAD) and coordinate for help when/where needed
  • Help Events Department with hotel confirmations and various other tasks
  • Work closely with Events/Training Departments during Branch Visits/Client Events.
  • Filing and scanning
